How Can lower Back Pain And Burning While Urinating Be Treated?
What is the best way to determine lower back pain vs a kidney disorder, or UTI? pain is right at the beltline, & on the left side. Don t have pain while urinating, but a slight slight burn, is present. and not every time. Seems like the more urine in the blatter, the less of a sensation i have. another strange phenomena, when i pass gas, i feel a strange sensation in my penis, as if the two were connected. (Not a joke) I am 6foot 270 57 years old, so I already have back issues, however, this seemslike a different kind of pain.

Hi, I think you can get a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection or not. Also get a ultrasound done to see the kidneys, greater and bladder. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser like syrup alkasol. Hope it helps.
